Our Excel list includes around 120 of the largest mezzanine financiers for construction projects by project developers ("developers") and property developers, primarily in Germany, with all the essential contact details for immediate contact.

The providers of mezzanine capital and other equity financing are in particular:

Around 20 of the 120 providers are crowdinvesting platforms, which we present on a separate data sheet. They specialize in real estate. If they also finance energy projects (renewables, EEG) or direct investments, we have noted this in an additional column .

As far as published/available:
- direct extension, personal email address and Linkedin link of the contact person,
- link to company team page,
- Link to the service overview,
- Link to portfolio page or listing of selected investments,
- date of incorporation of the company,
- If mezzanine fund: date of closing and volume,
- Investment focus according to real estate category (residential, offices, commercial, ...),
- Investment from... to... million euros,
- Type of investment: equity or debt mezzanine, other types of financing,
- New providers since last update (marked !),
- Creation date and date of last update.
The list is in easy-to-use Excel format and can be easily filtered and sorted according to various criteria. The data is of course GDPR compliant. You can start addressing vendors immediately.
About 40 columns are to be filled out, so for 100 investors about 4.000 datapoints. This as far as the data is published or available. Otherwise we leave the fields empty or insert n/a.
Up to 12 months after purchase you will receive all updates (usually 3) free of charge to your e-mail address. In doing so, we clean up and add to all existing contacts and add and mark new market participants (yellow bar). File extensions are also included. This is an invaluable advantage, especially in the mezzanine sector, because providers often make changes !
